Surface Engineering
warrants all replacement and new parts of each spindle to be of sound
design, good material and workmanship.
Any parts proven to be defective under normal use will be replaced at
no charge according to the schedule listed below:
Warranty Schedule:
Spindles up to 20,000 RPM — 1 Year (2080 hours)
Spindles from 20,000-40,000 rpm — 6 Months (1040 hours)
Spindles in excess of 40,000 RPM — 3 Months (693 hours)
Warranty period starts
from the date of shipment as per above warranty schedule.
Warranty Limitations:
The Surface Engineering warranty does not apply to a spindle which has
been subjected to accident, abuse, incorrect service or alterations by
non-authorized personnel. Surface Engineering assumes no responsibility
for damage incurred during installation, handling or shipping. The Surface
Engineering warranty does not apply to a spindle which has been subjected
to ingestion of contaminants or lack of lubrication where air oil mist
is applied. This warranty is effective only with respect to the original
customer of Surface Engineering or an authorized representative or distributor.
This Warranty is strictly limited to the terms indicated, and no other
expressed or implied warranties or remedies thereunder shall be binding
on Surface Engineering. Surface Engineering warranty covers only workmanship
and all parts used will carry the manufacturer's warranty only. Surface
Engineering has no liability relating to downtime. Surface Engineering
will not be responsible for shipping charges.
