EXTERNAL CYLINDRICAL GRINDING
We have 8 grinders capable of grinding outside diameters, two of them with the ability to grind external and internal diameters at the same time. All machines have in-process gauging. Three Studer machines are CNC controlled with the capability of grinding multiple diameters in one chucking. The 3 CNC machines have 2 wheels so a multitude of possibilities are available on how to process a part. One Studer has non-round and thread grinding capabilities as well internal grinding all on the same machine. Capacities of 13.75” OD by 39” are possible.
Studer CNC S-40 2-wheels, 40" between centers, B-Axis with .0001 degree resolution.
	Studer CNC S-33 1-wheel, straight or angle slide.
Studer CNC S-31 3 wheels, with non-round and thread grinding, OD& ID.
	2, Studer 30 degree angle profiling, gauging, 3" wide wheel.
3, Studer 10" diameter by 26" long, gauging with .000010 offsets.
	Vacuum chuck with match ground OD and ID.
