INTERNAL CYLINDRICAL GRINDING
Besides the possibility of grinding a part on one of the OD machines equipped with an internal spindle, we have 3 Voumard internal grinders. One manual machine with the ability to grind three bores at one time, and two CNC controlled machines, both with a 4 turret attachment that allows us to use 4 different spindles on one part. Grinding wheel speeds from 5,000 to 90,000 RPM are available. One machine is capable of grinding the end of a 50” long shaft and all machines have steady rests so concentricity of ID’s to OD’s can be maintained. The CNC machines have programmable 10 degree angle movement for tapered bores.
2, Voumard 150 CNC 4 wheels, full "B" axis 5,000 to 90,000 RPM capable of grinding ID of 27" long part.
	1, Voumard With two-position turret 6,000 RPM to 60,000 RPM. Multiple bores, faces, and OD's in the same chucking.
Vacuum chuck with match ground ID and OD.
	Spherical ID grind on 1.751" diameter.
